Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Fig Tower account and the data tied to it at any time. You do not need to install or open the game to make a request.
Option 1: Delete in the game
- Open Fig Tower and tap your profile at the top left.
- Choose the option to delete your account.
- Type DELETE when asked and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and cloud progress. Your original guest save on the device is kept.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email phillipemonares@gmail.com with the subject "Fig Tower account deletion request". Send it from the email address on your account, or include that address and your player name so we can find the account. We may reply to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.
What is deleted
We delete your account profile, email address, display name, cloud save and progress, leaderboard entries and any purchase balances linked to the account. We aim to finish within 30 days of a verified request.
What we may keep
We may keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations. Information processed independently by Google, such as advertising data handled by AdMob, is governed by Google's own policies and privacy tools. Progress stored only on your device is not on our servers; you can remove it by uninstalling the game.
